Worked on large and interesting projects. Learned a lot. Good salary & benefits.

Cons

Too much travelling, most of it long haul and at very short notice. Extremely high pressure environment with high burn out rate for senior exec's. Work life balance not great. Make sure you jump on the right 'band wagon' or you are just another number!!

Colleagues were really nice people. Lots of diversity in non-executive roles.

Cons

Nobody knows what they are doing. No worklife balance in my department. As long as you are breathing they expect the most. 7 days per week.
