Only the FBP Cost Accounting Team became worst as the Management is such a Coward to fire whomever they don't like. The assistant managers especially women AMs in the period of 2013 dominted all employees and always having jealousy towards junior level employees thinking if she/he will get promoted and became a competitor. As a proactive, those envious TLs and Assistant Managers behave very cheap by means of informing to HRs without giving opportunities to the employees to improve and creating issues against them. Worst Team is that Finance Best (worst) Practice- Costing Team.
