      Extremely Poor Leadership and Business Ethics

      Pros

      Simulates a good corporation with the potential for advancement. If you treat it like a temporary job, you can get about a year out of them.

      Cons

      Leadership culture is to protect their positions at all costs. They do not care an ounce about helping anyone advance within the company unless it benefits them personally. Relocated families and hired talented people, used them to launch the MacPro, then cut them to show quarterly savings. Invested in uniforms for 800 employees then downsized to 200 to cut costs. Meanwhile, 600 people took their uniforms home.

      Long hours, unsupportive management and low pay

      Pros

      Lots of hours, good people to work with, management needs improvement, can be a fun place to work, if you love hard work and low pay this is the best place for you. Temps outnumber regular employees and conversion of temps can take a few years. Benefits are expensive but decent. Decent on site cafe.

      Cons

      No way to plan for family, or weekends, lots of lay offs, more than a few bits of nepotism going on. Management care little for their employees.

      The Sketch to Scale philosophy is so sad and worthless

      Pros

      The people the laid off from Jan 2018 till today were the Pros. They were honest, ethical, and had all the right visions to make this company great.

      Cons

      The leadership at the Executive level of HR who have no experience in HR prior, dropped a nuclear bomb on progress and positivity. The don’t care about people... just analyzing random information to make impactful decisions. Never doing the true need... work with and for the people they lead.
