      Pros

      Good benifit, big company evirenment. The process is good but the employee didn't know it sometimes. Some managers are from Siemens, they are very lazy and overconfidence.

      Cons

      but lousy managment skills by Sr magrs. Too many magrs in design center, the efficeincy is very low. The customer didn't like our desing center

      Pros

      Flex senior management has a good feel for business conditions and is relatively proactive in responding to market opportunities. Good at cutting costs to the bone (and sometimes beyond). Conservative financial management. Will be a survivor in the current economic climate.

      Cons

      Communication below VP level is spotty, and the reasons for decisions are not well explained. Decisions sometimes appear to be arbitrary and not thought through. Very little input is requested from lower levels, nor used if it is provided. Way too many VP "cooks in the kitchen", and the organization routinely leaves conflicts between regions, business units, functional organizations, etc. ambiguous and unresolved. Getting a decision seems to have more to do with the force of the personalities involved rather than strong overall direction from the top.

      Pros

      Allows you to take the responsibility for your job. Flexible working constraints in most areas. Does provide the level of support needed when told to do so. Lots of good skilled people.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic planning and resource planning. Lack of employee recognition for jobs well done. Advancement opportunities are far and few between. Does not scope customers needs well in the beginning of the relationship.
