Flextronics Shah Alam was a good place to work. Flexible, good working environment and benefits were not that bad too.

Cons

Recently Flextronics decided to retrenched a total of 1400 employees in Shah Alam plant. It was a bad hit to all of us who were employed under Flextronics.

Cons

Zero work-life balance for PMs Its unrealistic to expect 24x7 availability. Saying "no" to customers is not always bad.

Great benefits overall- I had a great manager, Paid vacation was great and helped a lot for seeing family. I have been very happy with the training also.

Cons

My great manager got let go. A lot of pressure to be sales instead of tech. Goals need to be curved.
