      Pros

      Flex is really special in the fact that the work you do here is very different from the type of work you find anywhere else in Budapest. If you're a low level kind of guy but you want to work on big things and specialize in an area you prefer this is definitely the place for you.

      Cons

      Really none. The work is great, the pair is fair, career growth path has well defined processes.
