      Pros

      There are a lot of different learning opportunities because Flex does contract manufacturing. This means that you get to learn a broad skill set since each project is different and a lot of the projects are 6 months projects. The opportunities for learning at Flex are many.

      Cons

      The office that I worked at has 3 people to a cube. It is very difficult to focus on your work when you are constantly interrupted.
