      Pros

      There are no pros for working here unless you are in high school or straight out of college with ZERO experience desperate to take anything

      Cons

      No Diversity No support from leadership They want to know everything about you and get upset when you do not share all of your personal business Did I mention NO DIVERSITY or support for people of color They will slander your name once you are gone They allow for one employee to create a toxic hostile environment and cause turnover in a department If you are an minority you are always told that you need to take accountability even when some one else is creating the problem

      Great team, awesome customers, amazing discount. Support from supervisors.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, even for a part time kid. Benefits take half your pay. Terrible job if you have a family.

      Some of their benefits are decent

      Cons

      Fleet Feet practices age discrimination. Also homophobic and transphobic comments are made frequently in the workplace, as are anti-Semitic, racist, and misogynistic comments. This was all commonplace where I worked.
