Pros

Good co-workers. Most of the other employees are friendly and helpful. If you are a runner it's a good place to interact with like-minded people.

Cons

Pay is terrible, but you get an employee discount. Management/owners aren't always consistent in how they treat staff members.

Well-run events; in every case I have found FF provides volunteers with clear information and assignments to have a great day/shift, with strong experienced personnel in charge.

Cons

None. Fleet Feet hosts or supports many great race events, staffing them with experienced leaders and making sure they are well organized.
