Cons

Low pay, starts at $9/hour. There is also a requirement to do training outside of the store with no increase in pay.

Pros

Fun coworkers, occasional networking with customers, free shoes, good discounts, flexible schedule

Cons

Micromanagement, nasty feet, rude people, the pay, long hours, annoying sales reps from companies, and owners asking for way too much. They want you to upsell, provide some premium service, and stay constantly busy but pay you minimum wage and rag on you for ever single little thing
