Phenomenal work environment. Management is clearly focused on working to make sure all employees are happy. Happy workers=happy business.

I worked at the Boulder store and my coworkers were the best part of coming in to work everyday.

Cons

Management sucks. The store managers are rude and don't care about their employees. There is no promotion for those that have experience in the store, and new management is brought in that has no experience.
