There is always something to do so you’re never bored. You get lots of free stuff including shoes and there is a fantastic employee discount on certain brands.

Cons

Being a retail store the benefits aren’t great.

Fleet Feet has the best work environment that I've ever encountered. I absolutely love my job! My co-workers are awesome, my boss is hard-working and fair and a good person, and the company truly cares about their employees.

Cons

Not many. The products are so great that I want to spend all my money there???
