Intellectual honesty of many employees, low level of politics until up the ladder, good work-life balance, relaxed atmosphere, genuine sharing of information between employees, interesting work

Cons

Monetary compensation will always be below market levels, level of logistical support way below the levels of other larger financial institutions, there are some relics of amateurism from the days when this company was a SME, the decisions taken by the main french shareholder have largely been value-destructive for the company as a whole

Good work life balance, ability to meet senior management of covered entities, high profile of research provided to the market, relative stability of your employment.

Cons

Fixed salaries are attractive altough generally lower than at peers but bonuses are meaningless. Further progression is limited to Investor Relations, Fixed Income and Risk Management.

lots of people to interact with in a demanding , fast paced job. Must have prior business experience to be successful. Many employees are new.
