Intellectual honesty of many employees, low level of politics until up the ladder, good work-life balance, relaxed atmosphere, genuine sharing of information between employees, interesting work

Monetary compensation will always be below market levels, level of logistical support way below the levels of other larger financial institutions, there are some relics of amateurism from the days when this company was a SME, the decisions taken by the main french shareholder have largely been value-destructive for the company as a whole
