Pros

A great place to work with high energy. By far, the best ratings agency to work for. Entrepreneurial spirit and encouragement to try new things is a big part of the environment.

Cons

It is getting large and a little elss personal, but still good access to management.

IT dept is a bit backwards with narrow skill sets for such a large company.

Pros

Willing to train you on courses that you might need. They are very considerate to personal circumstances. Modern offices in good location lots of nice places to eat. Relaxed dress code. Big company with nice benefits, they do try hard.

Cons

Depending on department, progression is quite poor and knowledge sharing is non existent. The IT department is also very conservative and at least half the senior staff are unwilling to be adventurous with technology decisions or try new things. There is also a culture of eschewing conventions and standards.

Pros

Great company, very good work life balance. Work with many hard working colleagues that are experts in their field. Outstanding performance is definitely well recognized.

Cons

office location all the way downtown and terrible elevator system in the building are the biggest drawbacks in my experience. compensation could also be higher.
