Pros

Great work / life balance and good benefits. The senior staff is very willing to mentor new hires, and the work environment is generally friendly and laid-back. There are many learning and development opportunities offered within the company.

Cons

Compensation is below average. A disconnect between different levels of management and across different departments sometimes occurs, creating delays and friction to workflow.

Overall a good place to work, health benefits seemed very good, most people seemed to have good work life benefits and work reasonable hours

Cons

My particular team (non-analytical) was consistently under-staffed, salary & bonus not competitive for non-analytical staff
