Senior management does not effectively communicate strategic goals of the company. There is no guidance for improving perfomance should you get off course. For a company that communicates to the outside world about "TRANSPARENCY" they do a terrible job internally managing their people.

1. There is a consistently toxic environment across several divisions. It’s not limited to just one manager, multiple managers have been known to raise their voices at staff, often causing embarrassment in front of colleagues. This is a widespread issue rather than an isolated incident. 2. The pay is very disappointing. If you value fair compensation, you’re likely to be let down here. You would be better off at a company that truly values and rewards its employees. Hearst (who owns fitch ratings) in general have been on the news regarding pay disputes. If you value your self respect. Go elsewhere.
