      Fiserv Loan Servicing Pune -> Do not join Lending Loan Servicing division of Fiserv

      Pros

      -Good Work Life Balance -There is nothing else to mention really -It used to be a good division few years back.

      Cons

      -Bad management and team leads with no experience of managing teams. -Lead from any technical background manages any other technical team. This has a bad effect on appraisals. -Salary hike has not been very good over past few years. -Large number of employees are leaving this division. -Other divisions of Fiserv are doing well. But I would request not to join Loan Servicing Solutions(LSS) at Pune.

      Good for people who just want to do their job and take salary.

      Cons

      Not good for people who are looking for growth and people who have good skills and quality as other companies will recognize your abilities but not the same with fiserv Pune specially in FIG group. Dont know about other.

      Good learning opportunities. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Poor HR, they do not know what are ther policies. Poor IT, even they do not know security policies, how an associate will know.
