Pros
-Good Work Life Balance -There is nothing else to mention really -It used to be a good division few years back.
Cons
-Bad management and team leads with no experience of managing teams. -Lead from any technical background manages any other technical team. This has a bad effect on appraisals. -Salary hike has not been very good over past few years. -Large number of employees are leaving this division. -Other divisions of Fiserv are doing well. But I would request not to join Loan Servicing Solutions(LSS) at Pune.
