Pros
Good company and benefits. Interesting programs to work on.
Cons
Major acquisition / merger led to some excellent leaders being laid off and then most of the people that reported up to them on many levels to eventually being laid off as well. Management that took over in my area was very abusive and the behavior was tolerated (even rewarded) by upper management. This created a hostile work environment and constant turnover on the team.
