      Compensation and Benefits are at the industry average. Coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Mandatory 9-hour days, tracking software that does not count work away from PC. A culture that does not trust employees to be professional.

      it's a job, that's about all I can say

      Cons

      Managers verbally abuse employees, "one fiserv" is the mantra but almost every person behaves the exact opposite, every BU affected by staff departures but little to no response by Fiserv, things only get done by escalation.
