Pros

Fixed salary and plenty holidays. Good Insurance coverage.

Cons

I strongly advise against joining or rejoining Fiserv, no matter how attractive the salary offer may seem. This company mandates 8 hours in the office and imposes 8-hour screen monitoring tools on laptops, making life unbearable. While they might offer you a higher salary, remember that no amount of money can compensate for your freedom and well-being. Choose life over money. I made the mistake of rejoining this organization, and it felt like I was walking back into a prison. The work culture, especially in the Digital Banking unit, is toxic and riddled with office politics. If you are considering joining the RXP or CFN UI projects, be prepared to say goodbye to your personal life – you’ll be entering a world of constant stress. I was part of the Pune team, and it was the worst experience I’ve had in my career. Many people there have been with the company for over a decade, and they wield their seniority through dirty office politics. The Product Owner in Pune was particularly difficult to work with – the worst person I’ve encountered in my professional life. Every day, I was under immense mental stress due to the toxic environment. To make matters worse, they judge you solely on your knowledge of their products, ignoring your technical skills. My advice: even if the salary is good, prioritize your mental health and personal life. Do not join this company. Life is more valuable than money, and freedom is irreplaceable.

Pros

Only paid leaves are more.

Cons

There are many. 1. Lot of micro management going on. 2. 5 days working , 8 hours in office , 8 hours in sapience (tool to track your laptop working hours ). When you do for 10 hours work then sapience will show 8 hours. 3. They expect 8 hrs in office plus they expect you to attend calls at home which goes beyond 8 pm ist. 4. It's like school. 5. Average hike 6. Nothing is official, they will impose new rules without having official communication from HR. 7. The Management is driven from chennai. Arrogance at peak. 8. Rest pan location suffer in terms of opportunities. 9. People are leaving. You can check the monthly head count on PF site 10. No replacement for former employee. So ready to suffer burden of work
