      Fiserv has lost touch with Reality

      Flex time, Benefits, good manager

      Cons

      Fiserv is no longer a company to be proud of when they let good, long term employees go just because they don’t live near one of their hubs. They closed offices across the country and now employees who have done nothing wrong - other than live in a city they don’t seem as acceptable - are being told “relocate or take a severance package”. These employees have been loyal and believed in the company. The company used to hire the best, no matter where they lived. No more. Under the new leadership, it’s going downhill fast. They lied to us.

      Competitive starting pay. Decent benefits. OK time-off plan

      Cons

      Terrible annual raises - lucky to get 1.5% as a performer. Horrible promotion opportunities. They care about shareholders and that's it. Employees are literally just a number regardless of performance or loyalty. Company touts values, but they don't follow them - ever. If you want a good opportunity for growth and recognition, don't apply at Fiserv.

      This company will make you learn new things so that you can resign and search for another job

      Cons

      One of the worst company I ever worked for. This company is asking the employees to take exam when the whole world is suffering due to covid-19 pandemic. This is the only company which doesn't have ethics. Higher management people are inhumane. Government of India should take strict action against this company.
