Pros

Most of the teams are (were) great to work with.

Cons

Current CEO & his team seems set to destroy the good name of Fiserv. They appear to be positioning everything but Clover for sale. The lay offs and old WTH mentality do nothing for morale for the people left behind. Frank Bisagnano have zero regard for associates where at one one time People DID make a difference.

Pros

My check clears and there lots of different roles you can work yourself into

Cons

Frank is the worst CEO I can think of. Over the last 4 years, we have lost our best employees, the ones who actually care. We went from caring about what our clients thought of us, and now we have worked ourselves into a culture of get it done quick - it doesnt even have to be right. Client satisfaction does not matter anymore. Only 1 person needs to lose their job, instead of the 2000 that we have lost over the last 3 weeks. I would not recommend Fiserv to anyone looking for a job.

Pros

The water machine, coworkers and nice restrooms (for the most part).

Cons

Incompetent and impatient leadership who didn't train or care about providing guidance to its team Instead, associates are responsible to train each other most of the time (but this really depends on your management because it can vary) When asking questions they would get an attitude or short with you, like you should already know, even if it was only your first month on the job On your own to teach yourself most of the time Treated like a second class citizen and constantly reminded you're not "permanent" Becoming permanent should be your goal, so they expect you to do whatever brown nosing you can to be able to stick around Started out hybrid but slowly returning to office more days a week over time, which wasn't the deal I signed up for Recruiting company's insurance was high and later found out so was Fiserv's which ruined any desire to become permanent Micromanagement of Fiserv and had to stay glued to a screen even if you were done working just to "look busy" You have to badge in and out when coming and leaving like a child In the office, only leadership connects in meetings and you'll hear them talking about non-related personal topics ans wasting company time They say other associates are there to collaborate as well which isn't true most of the time You're really at work to do the same thing you did at home but just more monitoring
