Pros

Enough pay to survive. Talented people who genuinely want to do good work

Cons

Whew, Strap in: - Culture is riddled with micromanagers who lack leadership skills and only want to make their bosses happy, not their direct reports. - Culture of finger pointing, blame game, and zero accountability. - Company is a victim of Goodhart's Law - There’s no concept of team. Just you on an island by yourself. - Be prepared to be thrown under the bus more times than you can imagine. - There’s no work life balance, just work. Expect to be swamped with work and only regular overtime can save you. You won't be paid more for the overtime. - Learning takes place on your own time, never on the job. - Managers spy on your computer activity weekly through the Sapience software monitoring tool

Pros

I'm honestly not sure, maybe its good experience for starting out. A good place to find out why company culture is so important.

Cons

The executives have zero respect for their employees and the CEO has publicly called his employees lazy for wanting to work from home. Those who remain at this stone age company are there because they have to be and most are actively seeking new employment. The culture is one of dread, people do not smile, and are visibly miserable.

Pros

Sad, but unfortunately no pros

Cons

Toxic environment, laying off strong performers, hiring bodies to make tax incentives not quality workers and paying them at a higher amount. Also paying mass amounts of money in relocation, severance. Losing clients left and right. Toxic environment do not join here.
