Pros

The team and people who work there besides management.

Cons

Read the rest of the reviews. Basically true in all aspects. Management and senior workers all suck. There’s a manager that does nothing but makes sure we are all in office. Fiserv pays for bimbos to make sure we are in office. They are so worried whose in office or not. If you’re okay with NOT having work-life balance. This is the place to ruin a part of your life. Frank you suck!

Pros

Working alongside some of the greatest minds in the industry.

Cons

Direct and mid-level managers are great to work with even though they’re in a compromising situation daily. The CEO and his “yes men” treat managers and other leaders as though they are puppets. We miss the old days with Jeff L as the CEO. Employees mattered under his tenure.

Pros

Easy job, good work life balance (for my team only), enjoyable clients and I had great coworkers.

Cons

I loved working here for many years, but after the First Data hostile takeover, nothing is good. There's a general sense of distrust all around. We were constantly wondering who was going to get the axe next after Frank took over. I would not be surprised if my building is going to be completely wiped out by the New Jersey situation... Why on earth would anybody choose to move to New Jersey. Half of my building was gone by the time we were forced to return in November. What used to be an exciting office felt like solitary confinement. The building had no amenities. You're lucky if the overpriced vending machine was stocked. Taking away the option to work from home was the last straw. You're not going to be able to hire talent without at least a hybrid option. No one wants to be required to work full time in a stuffy, windowless office. Getting tech support was painful. On a regular basis necessary exceptions for DLP we're completely removed from my computer. Getting it fixed sometimes took months. Raises and promotions are impossible to come by. You'll already be starting below market and be lucky if you get a 2% raise. I would stay away until Frank is gone. He will only continue to make things worse in an already depressing job.
