I felt valued as an employee and particulary enjoyed the people. Lots of talented people work at Fiserv.

Cons

Senior Management in my area didn't seem to be in touch with what customers actually wanted. They seemed to be more focused on products than solutions.

Leading provider of financial services to financial institutions, merchants, and consumers globally. Tremendous potential for growth as company responds effectively to evolving market demands. Versatile and skilled workforce generally committed to customer success.

Cons

Period of high growth and extreme demand from customers, as financial institutions globally respond to the challenges of difficult and changing economic landscape. This leads to the need for a great deal of change organizationally. It's always difficult to communicate well enough when you lead change of this magnitude.

Interesting work on the cutting edge of online banking and payments. Wonderful friendships all over the country Development and advancement opportunities. Reasonable job security.

Cons

The company is spread out so widely that coordinating work across groups can be challenging at times. We need to better foster a culture of innovation despite the constraints of providing software products and services for financial institutions.
