      Pros

      Real world office experience, great on the job training, very relaxed and not up tight.

      Cons

      I don't see any downsides to working at Fiserv. I love every moment of it. It is a great experience for college students.

      Pros

      Opportunity for Advancement, salary, PTO, benefits, profitable company. I've worked for Fiserv for over 20 years. There aren't a lot of companies that provide the opportunity to move up and take advantages of new challenges internally. I am one of many people who have taken advantage of opportunities, furthered my career, and achieve tenure. I know of many who have to leave a company to realize this success.

      Cons

      Need to continue to move towards "one Fiserv", still some "dis-jointed" business units, but there has been considerable improvement in recent years.
