      Pros

      If you are looking for a stable company with not much career growth, you are at the right place. There is no work pressure. You can just enjoy the work life in this company. The major work is focused on testing front. So, if you are a developer, least possibility of any work appreciation will be given.

      Cons

      It might happen to be frustrated without any work for a long time. No career growth and work is still in legacy technologies. The development servers are pathetic, moreover the environment used for development are not up to the mark.
