      Strong Company with a lot of potential

      Pros

      Strong and stable company with a good marketshare and a decent pipeline. People are great to work with and their is a lot of potential for advancement if you do your job.

      Cons

      Health benefits are pricey for the size company Fiserv is. Pay is below average. Leadership sometime loses touch with people.

      It was easy to get hired

      Cons

      Fiserv will end your career with no notice in a heart beat. The company has a long history of closing the door on you with no notice due to company restructuring. Not the place to bank on a long lasting enjoyable career.
