      Pros

      - Work with smart, driven people - Interesting business - Management is working to create a faster moving more responsive organization - Flexible in allowing employees to work from home - Increasing focus on communication from senior management

      Cons

      - Inter-business unit squabbles - Medical benefits are very basic and a constant sore point with employees - Pay raises are very meager and only way to significantly increase compensation is through promotion outside of your immediate team - Physical building is very inadequate

      Just started with the company and like the casual dress specifically in the cold Nebraska winters - jeans are great!

      Cons

      Challenging learning all the applications that make up the suite of products. Some days I feel like I'm just trying to keep up with all the shanges.
