      1.Nice office environment and friendly corworker 2. employee appreciation 3. Diverse work environment

      1. Does not encourage advancement within 2. Some people are working too much where as some are busy to dumping work on others. 3. Good people end last. 4. Very political

      Pros

      Good team work, mostly everyone pulling their weight in a project implementation Management allows certain flexibility in your place of work and working hours If you have the initiative, you can chart your own career path as long as you have supportive boss

      Cons

      Not very big on benefits - they give only what is required by government Salary adjustment very minimal unless you are up for promotion Keeps re-organizing every year or so, you'll find that one initiative gets replaced by another one without completing the original one. Product R&D are left to people who don't even go out there and talk with clients
