      I am thankful to have a job, and my paychecks don't bounce I like my co-workers

      Mid level management numbers are growing way too fast....we need worker bees. Corporate seems to think cutting employee benefits are the ONLY solution to acheiving 'the numbers'. Salary and compensation over the past 4 years has been dreadful.
