      Fiserv India(or FGS) is altogether different from Fiserv US

      Pros

      - good pay benefits and happy working culture. - technology oriented company.Lot of focus made by management to increase technical skill set of team and individual - Less work pressure compared to Service Oriented companies. - Colleagues are good and always ready to help with good intentions. - Smart people in industry and lot of learning in technical aspects.

      Cons

      - Fiserv India , works more like service organisation instead of product based company. - lack of Infrastructure. - Lack of proper communication channels/forums to make your voice heard. - 0 Onsite. - Less salary hikes. - They charge for parking. - The food coupons amount deducted from your salary and are manadatory , irrespective of if one uses or not. -

      Pros

      Company has a strong presence in the Financial Industry. They market across may different Financial Specializations (automotive, Mortgage, Lending, Credit unions) so there are many different potential career avenues to persue.

      Cons

      Not many perks enjoyed by the employees, and the company seems to nickle and dime the staff whenever possible. Instead of a yearly bonus, the company will give a discretionary contribution to your 401k, which is nice, but i would rather have the option of a bonus check.

      Pros

      If you like daily change, it's for you Great people to work with- working hard to do the right thing

      Cons

      Waaaaay too much change going on at once in too many areas makes it difficult to stay focused on core job. A lot of "turf-protecting" going on gets in the way of real progress
