      Pros

      --My first actual job. It was so great! --Lifelong friendships --So much to learn about finance and IT --The clients could be kinda mean but the people I worked with made that part of the job fade away and I felt very much included and part of the team --GREAT benefits

      Cons

      --The business analysts were out of touch. No idea what they did other than daily processing of files. --Project Managers were somewhat condescending.

      Pros

      Work culture is good and employees have a good work-life balance here.

      Cons

      Policies are not very clear and are easily twisted by managers. It is a manager driven company. HR is weak and has very little say. Management here is India is just a figurehead, they have no say in organisations overall growth and are only translators for what top bosses at US say.

      versatile team to work with. varied project opportunities in bfsi. opportunities for design research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews etc.

      Cons

      Restriction on use of software. Limited access to websites, design forums etc. Approvals take lot of time. Necessary basic software is often shared between resources.
