      Open Door Policies. Supportive Management Family Environment Quick Response against issues Compensation and Benfits better Salary compare to other companies.

      Cons

      Some time Third party vendors were not cooperative. Ideally every companies would have or had experienced in past.

      - wrong people at wrong positions (how can you manage a group if you don't know anything about what they do or how they do their job?) - focus on customers and their needs; not always how we can save money
