      Not too much advancement opportunity unless you know others

      Pros

      Financial services company with a good name, recognized by those int he business If you have a good supervisor, there is a lot that can be done for you

      Cons

      VERY hard to move anywhere.. if you are in the wrong department that is "incredibly busy" you will have a tough time moving somewhere else. It really is a "who you know" type of company to go anywhere

      Pros

      A good environment for getting things done, a good place to learn the finance domain. Supportive colleages, OK (but not great) benefits

      Cons

      It is way too conservative on many bottom-up initiatives. THe management could learn a bit better from its past mistakes too.
