      Flexible working hours, good growth chances, nice working environment and good work life balance. good place if you require a stable job.

      Cons

      Though one gets good package while joining, internal increments are a bit on lower side.

      Pros

      Positive work place environment. Working from home was permitted, which was great. Great exposure to cutting edge technology. - The majority of workers I met were highly skilled.

      Cons

      Work life balance could be improved. There is a LOT of politics going around. - The company has too many layers of management. - Internal documentation is not of good quality

      Coworker environment is friendly and there are always new opportunities to learn other areas. Decent cafeteria plan considering the amount paid.

      Cons

      Management is unwilling to listen to suggestions and areas of needed improvement. The company is more worried about the bottom line than their employees.
