Dismal project deliveries, mediocre workforce and unfair management

Pros

Work Life Balance (In fact you can enjoy more of life here) Good Infrastructure Relaxed atmosphere Good support teams

Cons

Bias for mediocrity Job profile does not align with skill set Exceptional people are seldom hired. Hiring from C and D grade colleges preferred Majority of workforce is suffering from complacency and is laggard in their field of operation Project deliveries are marred by excessive delays, customer escalations and quality slippages Project and Senior Project Managers have risen from technical ranks. Lacks maturity in handing team issues. Unfairness in Appraisal System. The people shifting out from project are made scapegoats. Their ratings are decided by Managers without consulting or formal meetings/feedback. They are shifted to lower end of bell curve. And there is no mechanism to raise concern or make a protest. Employee engagements teams have a dearth of creative ideas. Propagating the industrial era engagement practices.
