      Pros

      Generally a supportive managerial structure combined with a non micromanaged environment allows you to do your job efficiently.

      Cons

      With the retirement of the founder a few years ago, the new CEO has been determined to force a big corporate feel company wide which is not what the approach was prior. In my opinion it has taken a lot away from what made Fiserv Fi\serv.

      Pros

      Working at fiserv is just like most warehouses, go in do your job and go home. It is pretty simple work and depending on your department can be fun. good benefits good co workiers.

      Cons

      just like with any job it might not always be the best job, you may have a supervisor that you dont like or working conditions you dont like.

      Pros

      Consider Fiserv only if you don't have anywhere else to go.

      Cons

      Mis-management, bureaucratic, no value of performance, no value of employees. I worked there for 4 years, and had never seen or heard the CEO. A few very old incompetent employees are controlling the company. They fire people at will, without any reason. One year, company said there wouldn't be any investment in our business unit, other year they realized that our business unit was the most needed one, and poured money like crazy, after 6 months they realized they made a mistake, and fired 30% employees, many of them high performers.
