      Salary better than most Indian software service companies. They offer you what is due at your grade and do not resort to taking advantage of a low previous salary.. Short term onsite opportunities. Quick growth possible if one performs well.

      Cons

      Although Fiserv globally is a leader in providing software for the BFSI sector, Fiserv India is actually the global services arm (read cheap outsourced labour) of Fiserv Inc. So there is the "services company" feel when it comes to the kind of work and the way work is done in Fiserv India which is actually Fiserv Global Services. Management can act a little on the "I will do as I feel when it concerns you" side.
