Pros

I'm hard-pressed to come up with more than a couple but there is vacation time and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

This has to be the most profitable yet GREEDY company that I have ever worked for. The annual increases are hard to come by and might catch you up with the cost of living if the cost of living remains frozen and you work there for twenty years. The demands of the first couple levels of employees far surpass the compensation that is provided. The expectations and level of accountability for entry level employees far exceed that of upper management. It is hard to fathom how some of them can be so close-minded and mediocre at inspiring, leading, developing, innovating, improving, and teaching yet they hang onto their job with ease and treat their direct reports with double standards. There appears to be no eye for talent and no skill set or willingness to develop and promote when a management position becomes available. A majority of the positions that have opened up during my time here have gone to external candidates. I seriously question the selection process and their inability to see the impact that it has on an already all-time low morale. The environment and morale were not great when I started but have drastically deteriorated due to ridiculous rules and being micromanaged every second of your day. It appears that the preference is for you to leave your common sense, creativity, and humanity at the door and become a drone that doesn't ask questions for the eight plus hours a day that you spend there. There are no holiday parties, group events, or team builders and only bare minimum, sloppy, and sporadic efforts are made to improve morale. The communication is very poor and expectations change on a monthly or sometimes weekly basis. There is zero effort to competitively pay the employees or reward them for meeting goals or taking on additional workload. The hours satisfy my current needs and that is the only reason I have stayed this long but I see no real opportunity for advancement and a promotion to the next level would undoubtedly result in a meager raise and further being taken advantage of. I would never refer anyone to work there because of the surplus of call centers in this area. If someone finds themselves in the position of starting over, I would not suggest to settle with this level of mediocrity.
