      Great collection of team members at my location, diverse experience/backgrounds, laid back atmosphere, but focused on the project

      Cons

      Compensation slightly lower than similar positions in market, but benefits make up for it.

      Pros

      Since they are always hiring it is an easy job to get when you are fresh out of college. If you are not married and like to travel the install trips are a great way to travel and get paid.

      Cons

      The pay is well below what you can get in most places and the raises are barely better than the increases in the base pay, My brother started 5 years after me and started 3K below what I make now.

      Pros

      Benefits begin on day one Very supportive culture, immediate supervisors make you feel appreciated and valued Salary is above average for comparable positions in the area Generous personal time off policy

      Cons

      Others with more tenure complain of lack of raises, profit sharing, etc. but I cannot comment on that as of yet. Health insurance benefits could be better.
