      Pros

      You will work with some of the greatest people who will work so hard to help you, even when they have so much of their own work to do. The ability to work from home is fantastic, and there is a generous vacation/sick leave policy. You will learn so much and these skills will be of great help to you in the future.

      Cons

      Your pay will be far too low for the work that you do, and you're unlikely to get a raise that will make it any better. A lot of departments are severely understaffed with no new hires coming because the expectation is for current employees to take on an even greater workload.

      Bank Solutions, Precision - Worst Business Unit Ever

      Pros

      The company benefits were really good and so was the ability to travel for the company.

      Cons

      Horrible management for the Precision business unit. You are expected to perform with absolutely no training. The management is only in their position due to their tenure with the company, not because they can manage people. Suggestions for new ideas are often presented and then turned down because "That's the way they've always done it". The technology that is being used is way to outdated. Being a technology company, Precision is based on old school black screens

      Above Average Company, Below Avg Salary

      Pros

      I had a great immeadiate boss. The casual work envirnonment was a huge plus. Good benefits with a stable company as well.

      Cons

      Salary was a little low for what I believe could be paid. When I received an offer from another employeer that was about a 20% raise I was hoping to be offered something to stay. I doubt I would have stayed for less than 10% but it would have been nice to at least have them offer 5%.
