Pros

Software is well established and has very few bugs, which makes supporting and implementing the software a breeze. They are a steady company that is well respected and their clients think highly of the company and software.

Cons

They like to hire employees straight out of college, and only give 2% annual merit raises in hopes you stay loyal and remain at the company for the rest of your career, hoping you don’t realize you could be making almost twice that amount at other companies. They give employees a lot of responsibility but refuse to consider advancement based off of merit and only advance based on tenure. The lower level employees work very hard and see little benefit.

Pros

What an absolutely amazing company to work for! The onboarding process was so smooth, and its really refreshing to work for a company who has this process nailed down. The culture at the Fiserv campus (Lake Mary, FL) is just amazing. You see people who have been with the company for a long time, you see new talent coming in, and you see people proud to work where they work! A lot of associates wear Fiserv gear because they believe in the company they work for. Fiserv has an amazing benefits and compensation package. There are a lot of pieces to it, and the company provides a way that breaks all of the complicated language down to ensure you are making the best decisions. They really care about your personal well-being, and the process isn't all up-front. They give you time to change elections around, and they offer a new-hire webinar to assist as well. The workload is challenging, but not overbearing. Management really dials in projects to the proper capacity, and I feel that my manager really is on-point with everything. Fiserv provides a really amazing work/life balance, and I don't come home feeling completely stressed out. I go into work feeling completely refreshed and ready to do amazing things. Management also really listens to new ideas and innovation. They really want to hear from associates, and they want what's best for everyone. Working with clients has been so rewarding. When you are able to cross the finish line on a major project, its one of the best feelings in the world.

Cons

None at this time. Fiserv has been excellent to me thus far.
