Pros

Company subsidized cafeteria, free soft drinks , casual dress code & frequent visits from great food trucks in the area.

Cons

Adequate training period but terrible follow up with newer employees. Hard to get answers to even simple questions. Little to no communication between supervisors and employees except occasional one-on-one time.

Pros

Work from home privileges when approved by manager, friendly co-workers, work-life balance is OK, 401K is provided and sick and vacation days are combined

Cons

Constant turn over, so client issues are hard to solve, constant re-organizations and management changes, management treats workers like children and training for employees is considered a privilege, not a necessity. Company matched portion of 401IK does not vest until after 2 years of employment, health insurance is minimal (bare minimum to disqualify someone for Affordable Care Act but majority of deducible from High Deductible Health Plans are responsibility of the employee)
