Pros

Fiserv is flexible with scheduling. The pay is decent. The other employees are welcoming. Management seems genuine at times.

Cons

I was a temp employee at Fiserv. They say they will hire you but they never do. I was an excellent worker and management told me so multiple times. I was hired as a temp making $14/hr but workers hired directly by Fiserv only gets paid $12/hr. I believe that t=is the reason they never hired the temp workers because we wouldn't accept a pay cut.

Pros

Decent benefits and okay pay for someone who isnt looking for long term. They did cross train and give SMALL raises.

Cons

Pay needed to be better, especially when cross-trained,

Some co workers were awesome and the cafe...

Cons

Management sucks supervisor are all Butt kissers and are only there for themselves.. All the higher ups care about are the numbers...
