Pros

pay is good for someone who is independent with more dependents immediate paid maternity leave doesn't have to be a 1hr associate not to many calls back to back remote flexible nice people

Cons

hr/ payroll sucks , messes up checks every now and then no pay raise when learning new skill/ job IT sucks , were hard for them to understand and help.
