room to grow many locations if you want to move to another state.

Cons

this company does not care about its employees. They are making record profits but they took away major benefits in our healthcare this year to an already lacking plan. On top of it, this company doesn't even give raises that keep up with inflation. Just let that sink in. You'll be losing money if you work here. IF you have any other offers, take them. Also, expect to be working long, late hours especially if you're client facing
