Summary

We're a B2B SaaS company (swag, gifting, and employee recognition for tech companies) scaling our LinkedIn presence. You'll own LinkedIn execution end-to-end for 5 accounts (personal accounts) writing, supporting engagement workflows, and helping us grow the network.

**Content (~12 posts/week + ~4 LinkedIn Articles/month):**

- Ghostwriting posts and Articles for our CEO (primary focus) and customer-facing team (CSMs), based on brainstormed ideas and our existing blog content
- Repurposing top-performing blogs into LinkedIn Articles
- Sourcing customer stories and trend signals from CSM call transcripts and Slack channels

**Editorial operations:**

- Maintaining the editorial calendar in Notion (collaborating with our Marketing Manager and Copywriter)
- Weekly performance recap across all 5 accounts
- Monthly competitor LinkedIn audit
- Flagging top content for repurposing into blog

**Engagement support (daily) — our copywriter owns live engagement; you'll prep the groundwork:**

- Building target lists of ICP profiles (HR, Marketing, Ops leaders at mid-market tech) for our copywriter to send personalized connection requests
- Drafting suggested replies on our posts and comments on ICP profiles for our copywriter to review and post
- Monitoring mentions and triaging inbound DMs for our sales team

We have the strategy already, we need someone dedicated who can execute consistently and capture multiple voices.

**You're a fit if you have**

- 1+ year writing LinkedIn content for B2B clients (not coaches or B2C influencers)
- A portfolio of LinkedIn posts ghostwritten for executives, founders, or B2B brands — live links
- Ability to write in multiple voices for the same company
- Experience supporting organic LinkedIn network growth — ICP research, targeted prospect lists, authentic engagement strategy (not bot-like)
- Excellent written English for a US audience
- Bonus: SaaS, HR Tech, or marketing tech experience + understanding of how AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode) cite LinkedIn content
- Bonus: Familiarity with Taplio, Buffer, or similar LinkedIn-specific scheduling tools

- You'll use AI to draft posts and lightly edit them
- Your "network growth" relies on automation tools or bulk connection bots
- You can't share specific, measurable client results
- You don't have at least 3 hours of overlap with US Eastern time
